Authentic Flow is an intuitive, embodied and explorative yoga and somatics class. This Sunday we’ll focus on getting back up with the help of asanas and authentic movement. So you’ve had a tough year that has swept you off your feet (and not in a good way)? In this class we’ll focus on getting back on track. We’ll move through a flow where we focus on balance. And who cares if you fall? It’s just about finding the energy to get back up! When joining the class you’ll receive a brunch recipe that you can prepare and eat after your yoga session. A yummy Sunday in so many ways!
